LUX Indoor POOL Cabin GameRoom Theatre & Hot Tub!

Very disappointing that they didn’t reimburse money for the services they advertised and we signed to use by contract an Positive: We were planning on a pool ,hot tub and game room for kids with having more than one bedroom to sleep. We did not get to use pool at all after attempts to contact the property. Negative: First day the coffee machine didn’t work they responded saying they would replace , none came. The first night we told them pool freezing they didn’t respond till day before leaving and had to give instructions on us to fix it. Never had time to fit that in to fix their pool. So kids never even got in pool once. Only 1 of 2 games in arcade worked . Tv only runs by you using your own subscription by internet so no regular tv. The wash machine for washing cloths wasn’t working from fist wash did not go in spin cycle so we had to do drip dry for a while cloths took long time .

Positive: Excellent stay! The cabin was amazing and the hosts were very prompt in answering any questions I had! Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house was clean, the hosts were very responsive, and the rooms were spacious enough to host two families comfortably. Our kids really enjoyed the game room, movie room, pool, and hot tub! We will definitely return.

An absolutely amazing place for a the whole family!!

Honest review from a family stay at this “LUX” cabin:Check-in was simple and communication with the host started strong. But when we reported the non-working washer, it took two days for a handyman to show up, it was never fixed, and the host stopped responding afterward. VRBO was notified, VRBO COULD NEVER GET AHOLD OF HOST. VRBO offered to refund their fee on their behalf but host would never answer about compensation. Other issues: washed-out firepit gravel (tripping hazard), unusable cornhole boards, damaged arcade plug and one non-working gun. The pool door “alarm” is delayed several seconds, and the stair gate was useless (our 8-yr-old slid under it). Food/trash was left in multiple rooms. upstairs AC struggled, pool room split unit was unreliable, and the living room TV was painfully slow.On the positive side, the hot tub and pool were great, Wi-Fi was strong, and our kids really enjoyed the bunk/playhouse room, pool table, and theater space for spreading out. These features kept them entertained despite the issues.Overall: not worth its “luxury” rate. It felt average compared to cheaper cabins due to many maintenance problems and lack of follow-through. We even left a rack of firewood and the cabin in better shape than we found it.
